The Ethical Channel Policy establishes the conditions of use, operating rules, set of duties, guarantees and guiding principles and information on the processing of personal data of the Ethical Channel of the RBI Group, as well as the procedure for managing and processing the communications that are received through said Channel, as a centralized and corporate Internal Information System established by the Board of Directors of Restaurant Brands Iberia, S.A.U., so that any natural person can inform the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Office of an action or omission relating to any of the matters and people included in the scope and scope of subjective and objective application contained in the Policy.
